Comprehensive Service Contracts
These all-inclusive contracts cover the full range of services, including:
- NAVCOM repairsÂ

Over the course of a 5-year period, Siera Marine will handle all maintenance, repairs, and testing within a pre-defined jurisdiction of ports, offering consistent and reliable service for your vessel.
Standard Service Contracts
These contracts provide flexibility and can be customized based on the customer’s specific needs. They cover a select range of services, such as NAVCOM repairs or radio surveys, and are available for periods ranging from 1 to 5 years. Standard contracts are an affordable option for customers who want specific services without committing to a comprehensive package.

Service Contract Process
Service Request and Consultation
- The customer submits an initial inquiry or request for a Periodic Service Contract.
- Siera Marine consults with the customer to understand their specific service needs, vessel requirements, and the desired level of coverage.
- We provide expert advice to help the customer decide between Comprehensive or Standard contract options, ensuring they choose the most suitable solution.
Service Contract Proposal
- Based on the consultation, Siera Marine prepares a service contract proposal that outlines the scope of services, pricing, and the duration of the contract (from 1 to 5 years).
- This proposal includes details on the services covered, any exclusions, and the jurisdiction of ports where the services will be provided (for comprehensive contracts).
Approval and Agreement
- Once the customer reviews and approves the proposal, both parties sign the Service Contract Agreement, formalizing the terms and conditions.
- For Comprehensive Contracts, an initial service schedule is created, outlining the regular maintenance and service checks that will be performed during the contract period.
Service Delivery and Execution
- Siera Marine assigns a dedicated service team to manage and execute the services according to the agreed schedule and scope.
- For Comprehensive Contracts, all covered services, including NAVCOM repairs, radio surveys, performance testing, and navigation audits, are carried out as per the timeline. For Standard Contracts, services are delivered based on the specific services chosen by the customer.
Ongoing Support and Monitoring
- Throughout the duration of the contract, Siera Marine continuously monitors the vessel’s needs and provides support for any issues that arise.
- Priority Service is offered, ensuring that any service requirements are addressed promptly. Regular reports are generated to keep customers informed about the maintenance status and upcoming needs.
Renewal and Extension
- At the end of the contract period, Siera Marine will reach out to discuss renewal options or potential contract extensions based on the vessel’s continued service needs.
- Customers can choose to extend their contract or update their service requirements, ensuring that their fleet continues to operate with minimal downtime.
